Personal safety is our highest priority. We are firmly committed to safety in all aspects of our company operations to protect employees, subcontractors, clients, consultants and the general public from workplace hazards. Our EMR (Experience Modification Rating) is one of the best in the industry — ranking far below average for all building contractors — and, is significantly lower than most self-performing contractors.

• Daily pre-task safety meetings on every job site
• Regular safety committee meetings
• OSHA consultation
• Regular job site safety inspections
• Infection control procedures
• Zero accident policy centered around safe thinking
• Use of state-of-the-art fall protection equipment, devices and passive systems
• Employee site orientation
